Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your request.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

Payment is required of 70% before an order is prepared unless otherwise agreed. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been received.

Freshly Made Products

Our desserts are handcrafted in small batches and may vary slightly in appearance from photographs shown on our website. These natural variations are part of the handmade experience and do not affect quality.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles ingredients including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. While we take reasonable care during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies before placing an order.

Delivery & Collection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection information.

Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered or collected.

The Confectionery Experience is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or courier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds will only be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Care

For the best quality, please follow any storage instructions provided with your order. We cannot guarantee product quality if items are stored improperly after collection or delivery.
