At The Confectionery Experience, we proudly partner with O Deliver to ensure your freshly baked orders arrive safely and on time.

Delivery Service

All deliveries are handled by O Deliver, an independent courier service. While we coordinate your delivery, delivery fees are determined by the courier based on your location and distance. As such, The Confectionery Experience does not control or adjust courier pricing.

Estimated delivery fees are as follows:

• Up to 2 km: TT$25
• 5 km and over: TT$30–TT$50

Please note that these rates are estimates and may vary depending on the courier's pricing and your delivery location.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are scheduled based on order availability and the courier's route. While we strive to have every order delivered promptly, occasional delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Collection

Customers also have the option to collect their orders at the agreed pickup location and time. Collection details will be provided once your order is confirmed.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate. Someone should be available to receive the order upon delivery.

Once your order has been successfully delivered or collected, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
