Return & Refund Policy
At The Confectionery Experience, every order is handcrafted and freshly prepared with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.
Returns
For food safety and quality assurance, we do not accept returns on any baked goods or food items.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

You received the wrong item.

Your order was missing an item.

Your order arrived damaged due to an error on our part.

There is a significant quality issue with your order.
If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs so we can review your request.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

A replacement product.

Store credit.

A full or partial refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled preparation date. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted because ingredients, time, and labour have already been invested in your order.
Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.
